Nerin 3.8 27B will become available on September 3rd, 2026. Nerin 3.8 27B is one of the newest open models offering multimodal capabilities that include text and image inputs.

This is part of the faster Shared Tier model refresh cycle, giving access to newer open models sooner. As a result, Nerin 3.8 27B will replace Vellin 4 31B on the Shared Tier.

Vellin 4 31B remains available on Quorlyn through dedicated endpoints.
