Outbound at scale is an infrastructure problem: tracking thousands of contacts, keeping the right calls in flight, recovering when something fails mid-call. You want to be sure of it before you point it at 10,000 people.

That is why today we are launching a new version of Sonora Campaigns: trusted outbound calling rebuilt from the ground up. We made every architecture decision to keep campaigns running reliably at scale.

Give a Campaign a contact list, an agent or an Ensemble, and a phone number, and Campaigns dials through the whole list.

What a Campaign does

Up to 10,000 contacts One list, dialed through end to end.

Tailored to every contact Each call uses that contact’s own details.

Dialing windows you set Calls stay inside the hours you choose.

Converted contacts skipped Anyone who already converted is skipped at dial time.

Runs until it finishes A campaign starts and finishes unless you stop it.

Live progress Every contact moves from queued to completed in view.
