Understanding plans and pricing

You can spend as much time as you need testing and fine-tuning your agent prompt: calls started from the Test agent button in the console are unlimited and free of charge. Every new Sonora account also comes with 30 minutes of free calls to use once you’ve integrated Sonora with your application, phone number, or website.

After you’ve used your free call time, additional calls are $0.05 per minute on the Pay As You Go plan. Paid subscription plans that raise usage limits and remove hard caps on call concurrency are also available.
