Write the feature-adoption email Norvane Relay sends to new account holders a few days after sign-up. Norvane Relay is the Norvane Labs product that routes requests to third-party models through one API key. Recipients hold a Relay account and opted in to product email. Subject: One API key. 340+ models. Zero lock-in. Preview text: Automatic fallbacks, drop-in SDK compatibility, and provider-level control. Headline: One API key. 340+ models. Zero lock-in.
The email opens with the Norvane wordmark (assets.logo, with assets.logoDark for dark mode), then the headline and one intro line: most people sign up to Relay for the model access, and they stay for the infrastructure.
Three value props follow as three equal columns side by side, stacking to one column on mobile, each with a bold title, a short blurb, and a text link:
- Automatic fallbacks. If a provider goes down, Relay reroutes the request to another provider serving the same model, so users see zero downtime. Link text Fallback docs, to https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/relay/model-routing
- Drop-in SDK compatibility. Swap the base URL and the API key and existing code keeps working: any client that speaks the completions format. Link text Quickstart, to https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/relay/quickstart
- Provider routing. Pin a specific provider for compliance, or let Relay pick the fastest or cheapest option automatically. Link text Provider routing docs, to https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/relay/provider-routing
Below the columns, a short heading, One request, every model, introduces a code-style callout: a monospace block on a surface panel showing this request, kept exactly as written:
curl relay.norvane.ai/v1/chat/completions
-H "Authorization: Bearer $NORVANE_API_KEY"
-d '{"model": "halcyon/tessera-3",
"messages": [{"role": "user", "content": "Hi"}]}'
One line under the block: change the model id and the same request reaches any of the 340+ models in the catalog.
Then a section headed Get up and running with three numbered steps:
- Create an API key at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/console/keys
- Make a first call, either in the playground at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/relay/playground or from the curl and SDK examples at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/relay/quickstart
- Add credits at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/console/credits to unlock every model in the catalog
Then one black button, Full documentation, linking to https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/docs, and one closing line that new model drops, feature announcements, and help from the team land in the Norvane community at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/community.
