Write the milestone email for Norvane Relay, the Norvane Labs product that routes requests to 300+ third-party models through one API key. Recipients hold a Relay account and opted in to product email. Subject: 180,000+ apps run on Norvane Relay. Preview text: A look at what developers are building on Relay and how usage is evolving.
The email opens with the Norvane wordmark (assets.logo, with assets.logoDark for dark mode). Then the milestone itself: the figure 180,000+ set very large as the dominant element of the email, with the label "apps run on Norvane Relay" directly under it, and one intro line: Norvane Relay now routes requests for 180,000+ apps and 3.1M+ end users, and this is a quick look at the ecosystem.
Next, a logo wall headed Built on Relay: the eight customer wordmarks from assets.customers, in this order, laid out as a grid of equal tiles: Tidewell (assets.customers.tidewell), Parcelbird (assets.customers.parcelbird), Marrowlab (assets.customers.marrowlab), Saltline (assets.customers.saltline), Quillon (assets.customers.quillon), Brightpath (assets.customers.brightpath), Ledgerly (assets.customers.ledgerly), Nocturne (assets.customers.nocturne). Each wordmark has a Dark sibling (for example assets.customers.tidewellDark) for dark mode. Four tiles per row at desktop width, two per row on mobile.
Three short notes follow, in this order, each a bold heading with one or two sentences under it:
- Top apps by usage. Rankings by token volume, updated daily, weekly, and monthly, at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/relay/rankings.
- Integrations. Loomchain, Indexwell, Stackwright, custom SaaS, research platforms, internal tools. If it speaks the Norvane completions format, it works with Relay.
- App attribution. Add two HTTP headers to a request and the app shows up in the public rankings. Setup guide: https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/relay/app-attribution.
Then a paragraph on the State of Relay 2026 report: 80T tokens of real-world usage data covering model adoption trends, open-weight versus proprietary share, and usage by category, at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/relay/usage-report-2026.
Then one black button, See the rankings, linking to https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/relay/rankings, and one closing line that the reader can try any of the 300+ models in the playground at https://norvane-email.s3.amazonaws.com/relay/playground.
