Write a marketing email from Trestle's co-founder, Maren Holt, nudging teams that signed up for Trestle toward two features they may not have turned on yet. It reads as a short personal note, not a newsletter. Cover the facts below, in this order.
Headline: Charging for usage or running many teams? A one-line greeting ("Hi there,") may sit above it.
Introduction, one sentence: if a team plans to bill its customers by usage or to run several teams inside one workspace, Trestle already covers both when they are ready.
Two feature cards follow, side by side on desktop and stacked on narrow screens, each with a small icon, a heading, a two-sentence description, and one inline text link. Card order is Billing first, Orgs second.
Card 1, Trestle Billing. Reference artwork: assets.illustrations.nudgeBilling
- Usage-based plans without a payments integration.
- Meter seats, active issues, or agent sessions; Trestle handles invoices and proration.
- Link text "Explore Trestle Billing" to https://trestle-email.s3.amazonaws.com/billing
Card 2, Trestle Orgs. Reference artwork: assets.illustrations.nudgeOrgs
- Multi-team permissions in one place.
- Group teams under an organization, assign admin, member, or guest roles, and let members invite their teammates.
- Link text "Explore Trestle Orgs" to https://trestle-email.s3.amazonaws.com/orgs
After the cards, one sentence: both features switch on from workspace settings, with no migration, and neither changes the plan the workspace is on today.
One call to action, a button labelled "Open workspace settings", linking to https://trestle-email.s3.amazonaws.com/settings. It is the only button in the email; every other link is inline text.
Then one sentence for teams that have not set up Trestle yet: the quickstart in the docs gets a workspace running in minutes, with "quickstart" as an inline link to https://trestle-email.s3.amazonaws.com/docs
Sign-off: Maren Holt, Co-founder and CEO, Trestle.
The recipient receives this because they signed up for Trestle.
