Write the product launch email from Sonora, the voice-agent company, announcing the rebuilt Sonora Campaigns, its product for outbound voice-agent calling at scale. Recipients are Sonora customers and developers who subscribed to Sonora product updates. The email is titled We rebuilt Sonora Campaigns for outbound at scale.
The email opens with the Sonora wordmark, then a hero banner that links to the announcement post. The heading and opening copy follow the banner.
The framing: outbound at scale is an infrastructure problem, meaning tracking thousands of contacts, keeping the right calls in flight, and recovering when something fails mid-call; a team wants to be sure of it before pointing it at 10,000 people. Today Sonora is launching a new version of Sonora Campaigns, trusted outbound calling rebuilt from the ground up, with every architecture decision made to keep campaigns running reliably at scale. A Campaign takes a contact list, an agent or an Ensemble, and a phone number, and dials through the whole list.
What a Campaign does, six features, each with its icon:
- Up to 10,000 contacts per campaign. One list, dialed through end to end. Icon: assets.icons.campaignsContacts
- Tailored to every contact. Each call uses that contact's own details. Icon: assets.icons.campaignsTailored
- Dialing windows you set. Calls stay inside the hours you choose. Icon: assets.icons.campaignsWindow
- Converted contacts skipped. Anyone who already converted is skipped at dial time. Icon: assets.icons.campaignsSkip
- Runs until it finishes. A campaign starts and finishes unless you stop it. Icon: assets.icons.campaignsFinish
- Live progress. Every contact moves from queued to completed in view. Icon: assets.icons.campaignsLive
The six features sit in a two-column grid on desktop and stack on mobile, each cell with its icon, a bold title, and one line of copy.
