Agents whats new

Write Sonora's product update email about what is new in Sonora Agents, Sonora's conversational voice-agent product. Recipients are people who opted in to product updates from Sonora. The update covers live A/B testing, real-time policy enforcement, and new tools to get agents to production faster.

Two lead features:

Four smaller updates, grouped as more ways to build, test, and deploy:

Model update: Dictate 2.2 Realtime brings improved speech recognition to Sonora Agents, with higher accuracy in English and 28 other languages at low latency. Dictate 2 Turbo offers even higher accuracy for verification and compliance use cases where precision is critical. Leave the HTML in output/email.html, a plain-text version in output/email.txt, and the subject in output/meta.json as {"subject": "..."}. Don't include From, To, or Date headers.
